if you are on the home tab...there is a contiditional formatting button (under the styles section)...click on new rule...select use a formula to determine which cells to format...
under the format values where this formula is true....type in =A20=TRUE
click on format button...select the green color...
do the same thing but under the new rule type in =A20=FALSE...click on format button...select the red color...
Hey thanks - got that working for the value TRUE what is the value is different text like yes? Can you apply the same to row values such as B6 goes Green when R6 is equal to Yes?
Hey how should I word the formula for two different values for instance
=AM6="Yes" or "Couple" or should I just repeat the formula... silly question really
