Hi

This may get complicated so please be patient with me. A management tool was developed to track staff performance. There are three tabs that my administrator will paste information into which is extracted from our different onlinr management systems. There is a tab that automatically populates when all information is pasted into the other tabs. The problem is, that not all the information can be extracted from our various systems, so we have a few fields that are required to be completed manually.
Now each of my team are requested to maintain their own performance, if the admin copy and pastes the information in from the systems, is there a way for the fields that staff have entered manually, to generate automatically without having to re-enter again? And also be able to add this information for rows they did not have the info available for before?

All help appreciated
