Malformed web response

I have costing sheets that utilize tables from Access. Some of those tables are exported to an excel file on our sharepoint. What I am trying to do is get those tables that are exported to the excel file on the sharepoint, to be imported to another excel file. I know I have the correct web address as I have done something similar from another excel file. But for some reason, when I try to connect to the sharepoint file with the tables I want to import, I get this message...."We received a malformed web response from (sharepoint file location)". I am at a loss. The only difference between the two files is that the one I can get to work, is not a tab that gets its information form an access file. That date is manually inputted.

Thanks in advance
