Making Custom Toolbar Buttons Larger

Hello.

I have a custom toolbar which is defined through VBA code.

All of the buttons appear very small, with a small icon to the left and the caption to the right. I tried changing the height and ButtonStyle properties, but no dice.

Is there any way to make them look like the built-in Excel buttons: large icon with caption below?

(I can't seem to figure out how to attach a screenshot.)

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Thanks.

For now, my file needs to be Excel 2003 compatible, so I can't do that.

I'll keep it in mind for the future
