Simply SQL
by Rudy Limeback
book's website
http://www.sitepoint.com/books/sql1/toc.php?SID=f1646cdd6cc97718035b378712d49648
4 chapters in pdf for preview
http://sitepoint.com/books/sql1/sql1-sample.pdf
the book is kind of kind of expensive, $35
bought it last week at Barnes & Noble, not online
it is NOT an Access book
this a generic sql book, for any database, so it does not have info on triggers or stored procedures, those are more database specific
the book has a nice dark font on clean white pages, good spacing between lines, letters and words
so it visually easy to read as well as technically easy to read
has good info on basic sql as well as more advanced stuff: data types, relational integrity, primary and foreign keys, constraints, many to many relationships, group by and having, and correalted subqueries
