Making an easy to use Form and Report Data

Hey Guys,
First time posting.

I host regular games of pool and ping pong at my house and made a form to easily track this information, rather then in-between games filling in a spreadsheet, it also means other people can access it!
I would like this data to then be able to show me different stats using pivot tables.

Now I am definitely in over my head here and that's why I am here.

This is the current Spreadsheet, If anyone has better suggestions. I am happy to change it. I

I have put the stats into two categories Player Vs Player and Total Stats, is this going to be possible?

Player Vs Player Stats	Wins Vs Losses - e.g. - Matthew v Georgia - 10 - 8 wins
Player Vs Player Stats	Lost by Sinking the White - Shows who won by sinking the white
Player Vs Player Stats	Won Fair and Square - Shows who has won by sinking the black ball
Total Stats	Lost by Sinking the White
Total Stats	Won Fair and Square
