Making a record book for a 8-man high school team

We moved to 8-man in 2010 and the AD came to me and said that he would like to have a record book. I went onto varsity bound and got all of the game stats for every game. Put them into an excel program and now I am trying to separate them into make yearly and career stats is there a way or formula(s) that will speed this process up?
