Making a list

I am trying to make a file for a auction that we will be having. I am trying to make it where a list of the items and amount that they paid will auto fill into a sheet based on a number that they are assigned. I used VLOOKUP to create a invoice page that will total the amount that the spent but I need a break down of the teams and price on it as well. Any help???
