Hi all, I am having a hard time working out a way to achieve this graph I need for work.

First a brief description of the context.
I work in a IT technical team and we respond to incidents and requests on a large university campus. Management are making decisions regarding our staffing at times of the day. As such I need to show the demand of work at different times of day. The problem is, I can only work out how to plot when we receive a job. but some of our work may take up to 4 hours, so I to express that to give a good indication of workload. I have the duration data, but how can I combine it with frequency to give a weighted graph.

I have this table and graph below.
But this simply shows when a job is created or starts. Say for example that the 1 Job that occurs at 7am took 3 hours to complete. I need it to add a value to 7am, 8am and 9am to show the actual work load.

Any assistance on how to achieve this, what kind of graph/table I need to make would be greatly appreciated.
