How may I amend this formula so that if the result is blank the cell remains blank rather than display a 0?

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
I think you accidentally left off the formula.
Could you post it for us?

Here is one way:
Excel Formula:
=LET(x,IF('[ODC results.xlsm]Match 1'!$AP$9="Warwickshire",'[ODC results.xlsm]Match 1'!$AR$10,'[ODC results.xlsm]Match 1'!$AN$10),IF(x=0,"",x))
