Make ROW function in VBA dynamic from a fixed cell

Morning Wizards,

I am using this formula in VBA

=INT((ROW(R[-14]C[-2])-6)/5)+R6C1

Is there a way of making the R[-14] part dynamic based on the number of rows from A6 and cell containing the formula.
