How do you make Excel 2007 print the associated spreadsheet in an entirely different format?
For example (this is just an example), how would you print:

A1 Heading: A1 data A2 Heading: A2 data A3 Heading: A3 data
A4 Heading
A4 data
A5 Heading
A5 data
A6 Heading: A6 data A7 Heading: A7 data

B1 Heading: B1 data B2 Heading: B2 data B3 Heading: B3 data
B4 Heading
B4 data
B5 Heading
B5 data
B6 Heading: B6 data B7 Heading: B7 data

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Thank you, but inserting empty columns neither accomplishes the requested formatting, nor produces the example format.

Then perhaps you could review your problem description, since it's by no means apparent what else you might mean.
