Make a poll

Hello,

As the title says I'm planning on making a ranking poll showing the top cities people prefer.
I'm not a pro at excel and I haven't used it in a while so before I start I wanted to make sure I am able to add the following options into my sheet. See attachment.

• limited to 1 vote per person (IP limitation, browser session,..)
• people can always see the results without the need to vote
• anonymous vote without an account
• multiple questions/surveys in one workbook
• multiple choices (at least top 3)
• set a deadline for the vote

The first 3 points are my biggest issue tbh, as I have no idea on how to configure this in Excel. Is it possible at all?
