I need to create a health record for my sheep. I would like to be able to put in details for both individuals and groups that will populate and organize all the data into just individuals. I.e. "Wormed all sheep" "All Sheep", "B16 is sick" "B16", "Vaccinated Ewes" "All Ewes", "Jacks is Limping" "Jacks"
Since B16 is a ewe all but the Jacks entry needs to be in her file. Jacks is a ram so the entry for Jacks and the "wormed all sheep" should be in his file. Also, there is a date associated which each entry that the individual files will be sorted by. I'm guessing this will be a VBA issue and I have never done any. I'm fluent in pivot tables and have tried all I can think of. The individual files can be tables, pivot tables, or individual sheets I don't care which.

Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
