hello,

Using Access 2000 with Developer Edition.

I used the package and deployment wizard to create an installable version.

When I tried out the installation, the installation itself went ok .. but.....

When I went to the .mdb file (in explorer or even in File-Open) and pressed Shift+Enter.. all my tables were visible.

Obviously for a commecial product, I want that the table structure should not be visible. because the next step would be to modify a few things in the application and sell it as one's own.

Any suggestions.

Urgently needed.

Thanks in advance.

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Thought you needed to specify /runtime in the open string to force it into runtime mode when you have a full Access license installed on the machine.

Thank you for your reply - 1 Question -

would the /runtime be specified at the time of PDW running? If so, any suggestions where I should do that?

If not, I am afraid that may not work out since I will have no control over how an MDB file is viewed in Explorer and opened.

Thanks once again.
