Hi All,
I have an issue, where my intended format goes away, or is rather (trimmed) upon importing into my website. As example, I have the following format for a product size:
( 18"L x 18"W x 4"D ) Square pillow w/Down Insert
When I import, it looks like this: (18"L x 18"W x 4"D) Square pillow w/Down Insert
Now for some, that might look just fine. This is actually going in a (Variant Option) for each product. So when the customer clicks on the size option selector, they will see what I placed in there. The reason I wanted to maintain those spaces in the first example, is to make it easier on the eyes, and less jammed.
On the worksheet (which is the import file), I have all sizes in (Text) format. Then I tried (General Format), and that did not solve it. So am I forgetting something? Doing this all wrong? Is there a way to keep the format I wish? Thanks!
