Mailing Merge that includes multiple rows of data on one page

Hi all,

I'm trying to use mail merge to create order forms but I want all data in my spreadsheet that matches a certain requirement to appear on one page so that each page is full of specific data.

As seen below is a snip of what the order spreadsheet looks like as well as what the order form itself would look like. If possible, how can I group the items together by supplier so that they appear onto the same order form rather than one per.
