I work for an appraisal company and I recently ordered a list of all the realtors in the state of Michigan. They sent me a list in excel form, one column for name, another for number address, a third for state, and another for Zip. I need to create mailing labels for mass email. I dont need to create a letter. I just need to take that info and print it onto mailing label stickers so I can just stick them on the envelope and and send it out. How do I do that? I dont want to ask my boss.

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Is this actualy in Acces or XL?

In Access you should just be able to use the Wizard

select the reports tab, then New and from the dialog box pick Lable Wizard.

Hello from Belgium,

What you need to do is :

Save the Excel-file with "Save As" in a folder on your hard disk, with the extension ".xls" in stead of".csv"

Open Word, go to Tools in the menu and select Envelops and Labels. Choose labels and create your labels (you can change the properties by choosing "Options" and "details", height, width, how many labels in a row, how many on a page, ...)

Open these labels in "New document"

Choose in "Tools" "MAIL MERGE". A wizard will apear which will guide you how to merge the info which is in the excel-file you stored into the labels you created in Word. just follow step by step what the wizard is asking of you... The Help-file (F1) in Word can help you also...

Hope you succeed...
