Mail merging to own labels template

I cannot get class lists to mail merge to a label template. Each time the fields are entered once on each page/sheet of labels.

Problem is that the labels are not standard avery labels so I have had to design a template for them.

How do I get the merging from Excel to fill the sheet?

Can't you use the New Label... option to create your won custom label?
