Hi,

The database i use is the excel workbook, and in the word document i have a field named, Invoice, when the invoice value in the excel sheet is number it appears, when in text it does not mailmerge and it appears as 0.

Another problem i am facing is one particular field is number, and in the merged document it always merges as 8 digit decimal number which is not the number on the excel sheet.

Hope i have made my point clear.
