Hello All,

It has been quite a while since I've been on this site. I'm glad to be back.

Word mail merge is quite easy to use but it does not allow you to send one message to multiple people (To: or CC:). I'm looking for the easiest way to perform this. I have to send notifications to over 1,000 sites that we manage informing them of service work, etc. Each location has 2-4 people that need to receive this and only 1 needs to see it. The others are the escalation people that will follow up if something is not handled...

We are sharing simple data points; 2 or 3 from the mail merge.

Any ideas how to have multiple people in a mail merge message?

Thanks,
BradChill

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Logit was able to give me some direction and a file as a reference. Now I know I was asking a simple question. Excel allows you to send to multiple email addresses in the same message as long as they are in the same cell and separated by ";" (quotes not needed). Now I can do everything from excel and skip word. Now I simply need to figure out how to edit the body of the email in the code and I'll be all set. Thanks group!
