It has been quite a while since I've been on this site. I'm glad to be back.
Word mail merge is quite easy to use but it does not allow you to send one message to multiple people (To: or CC. I'm looking for the easiest way to perform this. I have to send notifications to over 1,000 sites that we manage informing them of service work, etc. Each location has 2-4 people that need to receive this and only 1 needs to see it. The others are the escalation people that will follow up if something is not handled...
We are sharing simple data points; 2 or 3 from the mail merge.
Any ideas how to have multiple people in a mail merge message?
