Hi, I want run a mail merge into Word using a command button within a database. I have created the mail merge which calls a query in the database and this works perfectly when you open the mail merge master from within Word and I guess I can automate the mailmerge in Word using a macro. I can open Word by creating a command button in Access but I can't find any way to open the mail merge document and run the merge from Access so that my users only have to click on a button on one of the database menu screen. It is "doin' my heid in"!! Help

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
You may find a trip to Helen Feddema worth while.
She has written quite a bit about working the various office applications together.
