Hi All, not sure this is the right place but...I have a bunch of very old email addresses that I have entered into a data base for a local non-profit. Most of the emails are probably bad but I can't tell. I have Gmail and or Yahoo but neither of them have any kind of feed back to let me know if the email was delivered, or if it was read. I though we had something like that with our old Comcast.net? There was a way to track emails? That kinda stuff would be very helpful. I thought I remember some VB code that some how did that? Probably a pipe dream but I just noticed some guy selling such a process on the GOOGLE add-in web system. I like Excel better and know there must be some work around to accomplish same thing here. I plan on sending out a questionnaire via email asking people to let me know if their addresses, home, work, and cell numbers have changed so I can update my listing. Getting some kind of pass/fail with email would be the first step. The purpose of developing the database will allow the non-profit to contact past and present member with updates and recent accomplishments "newsletter" kind of thing. Eventually they hope to also use it to request and track donations to help them do charitable work in the community.

So, any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks

Walt
