Mail Active Worksheet in Excel 2010 code edit

Good Morning Everyone.

I recently found some VB code that works great, but I want to customize it a little more and I am not sure how or IF its possible.

The code is called mail_ActiveSheet, and takes the currently open sheet of Excel 2010 workbook, copies it into a new workbook, opens mail and is ready to send once the e-mail address is entered over the existing one..."someone@somewhere.com"

Is it possible to have an extra tab in my workbook called "Addresses" that contains a list of tab names in column A (in this case Union Locals) and a list of e-mail recipients (in column B), so the VB code can look for the name in the tab and fill in the e-mail address automatically? (or am I just hoping for too much??)

you can use range and then direct the cell to pick up the address from that cell...

not having much luck....I am very new a this....watching youtube videos to try and understand how to use range...
