I have a document that has magazine column style , I did clear all formatting but text still appears on columns !

Any urgent help ..

Assuming you are in Word...

Goto Menue Bar:Format:Columns Change to one column.

Sorry, I should have mentioned to select everything that you want to change first, if everything you can use: Ctrl + A. Then try what I mentioned above.

Ok...
Save it as .txt.
Then close and reopen the txt.
CTRL + H (To open find/replace).
In your file every live ended in a space. I unhide formatting characters.
so in the Find box i enterd <space> ^P
Replace entered just a <space>
That took all the carriage returns out and made the line continuous.
Saved as .doc and changed formatting.

I'll have to do some adjustment manually as some lines ends at the center so backspace is required I presume .
