Previously I used Symphony (similar to Lotus) for my spreadsheet and used Macros quite often. I have been using Excel for the past 3 years and want to use Macros in Excel but Macro programming in Excel is much more difficult. I have not been able to find a user-friendly book from which to learn how to program Macros in Excel. Any suggestions?

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Hello,

One start would be to use the macro recorder, this will give a lot of code, other than that use the web to search for VB tutorials.

Or look at the ONLINE_STORE on ths site.
