Hi all,

I've got a lot in one post really. I know what I want, but not the best way to go about it. I'm trying to eliminate the whole copy and paste procedure when creating reports.
There are Red, Amber and Green scores for each section and an overall percentage score. When items get a "Red" score, I would like a button (presumably a macro) that can be clicked to submit the red details to a new sheet.
Some of that information needs to be simplified when taken from sheet to sheet. (some details are in the linked file)
I would also like to have a button in a cell that when clicked on lets you select an image to import which will automatically fit to the size of the cell when imported. (again, better description in the file) I can't get any add-on software at this point due to the nature of the use of the document but that can be considered if it has to be.

There will be extra cells added to the sheet below, but the whole report needs to be generated as a PDF for online publishing to then be attached to an email in outlook when another button is pressed (if that's possible to generate the PDF that way, I know it's possible to get information onto an email, but not how).

I appreciate this is a bit of a mess and a lot of information, but I want to make this document idiot proof for other users I work with. The less work they have to do, the more consistent the final file is each time (some don't know how to create a PDF manually no matter how many times I show them)

I look forward to people's views and responses. That you in advance for your ideas and genius.
