Macros disappearing Office 365

I have seen several recent questions on macros disappearing. Has anyone found a connection? I have over 200 files that have been working correctly for months and within the last couple of weeks we are having issues with the macros disappearing and having to debug and compile the files. Some files we are having to compile multiple times to be able to see the macros. Any suggestions?

my experience, when the file is on the network and you're using multiple computers, it can make the macros disappear. my solution to fix it is to open the file from a different computer. then save it again after it opens correctly. hope this helps.
