I'm working on a template for the office where I need to include hidden text to provide reminders, notes, instructions, etc. for the end-users, but I need to ensure that the hidden text will (a) automatically show up when the document is opened, and (b) not print or PDF by default.
I know it can be done via VBA, but I haven't found a reliable source with the steps I need to take to ensure the hidden text is only visible when actually in the Word document. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
