Hi,

I have been looking for a solution to refresh multiple data connections within my workbook but only enter the password once.

I don't want to store in the workbook as its not encrypted and windows authentication is not an option.

The password and username is the same for all the connections however entering this in 20 times is painful and not user friendly.

The connection string is the same but the SQL query is not which populates multiple tables in the backend of the workbook.

I just simply want the pop up box to show once the user enters the username and password once which is used to refresh all the data connections.

Any help or suggestions please....

Thank you in advance
John
