Hi

I have a folder with 100+ forms made in excel, and I need to summarize them in a new workbook as a data base.

The data is in certain cells and merged ranges, like Name:"K30", Date of Birth:"D32:E32", Address:"G27:H27" and I want to paste them in single cells (Name in A1, A2, A3, etc. DoB in B1, B2, B3, etc.), also I want the to paste the exact value, for example, the date format is 21/01/2018, but when I paste them with a macro I get the result of the mathematical operation, lol.

Thanks!

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
I tried some codes found here, but I don't know how to get every cell I need, as they're not in a certain range or column, just spreaded in the forms. And there's no time to keep trying, need this by tomorrow morning, and I'm giving up.

The folder where the forms are is "C:\Users\jleiva\Desktop\Talleres\Fichas de Inscripción"

If it helps, the exact sources and destinies of data are

File1:
K30 to A2 in database, D32:E32 to B2, C15:D15 to C2, C14:E14 to D2, G14:H14 to E2, H35 to F2, D35:F35 to G2, G27:H27 to H2, K11 to I2, E20:F20 to J2, G20 to K2, G13:H13 to L2.
File2:
The same but everything in line 3 (A3, B3, C3, etc.)
