Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Open a copy of your workbook. Right click on the sheet tab and select View Code. Paste this code into the window that opens.

Code:
Private Sub worksheet_change(ByVal target As Range)

If Not Intersect(target, Range("E13:N103")) Is Nothing Then
        Cells(target.Row, "O") = Date
    End If

End Sub
Press Alt-Q to close the VBA editor. You're done. If you want the time too, change "Date" to "Now".
