Macro to set page breaks with certain criteria

I have a quote template that has about 8 sections to it, each section I have given a named range of Range1, Range2 and so on.

I need a macro that will do the following:

- Reset Page Breaks
- Add page breaks as normal but do not split a Range up (so put the break at the beginning of the range that falls at the bottom of the page and would usually be split up)
- do this for all pages

I found something similar here but couldn't get it to work:
Excel 2000 - Page break so group of rows not split (VBA?)

can anyone help?
