Macro to send SMS from an XLSM file

Friends,
Is it possible to send SMS from a XLSM sheet using macro? I have an XLSM sheet for Employees attendance marking and everyday My HR team used to copy the details from that sheet and sending SMS to me. The system is connected with internet and is it possible to send SMS automatically to some pre defined numbers while clicking on a command button?
If yes, can you describe me how and the code too... Please
