Macro To Save Copy Each Time WOrkbook Is Opened.

I have a workbook that will automatically open, save and close 2 times a day to keep it updated. Its also looked at by several people so I was wondering if a Macro could make a copy each time it opens and closes? I would like the entire workbook to save to the same directory but a different name, also it would overwrite the workbook since it will save to the same name several times a day. That way anyone that wants to look at it can look at the copy. Thanks
