if you look at the table below, there is a date column and a name column. in a perfect world, i want to copy a list of names to my clipboard and run this macro. the macro will paste the contents to sheet1, convert as many names as i paste to a table, then on sheet 2, create these two columns for the length of a year with each week being every 3rd interval (as below), and start pasting the names through the list. the problem is that when kevin shows up the 2nd time, i need him to be in spot 2, nate to be in spot 3 and brent to be first. this way my engineer isn't on first call priority everytime. if it makes it easier, i currently have 24 names, but would like it to just work off my clipboard contents. can a genius make something like this?
