MACRO TO POSITION SCROLL BAR at a specified location

hi,

i am adding a scrollbar on a sheet. i just want a code wherein it places the scrollbar at a specified location as i want to keep the scrollbar just beside where my table ends. For eg column C.

Can anyone guide here.
