Macro to insert a row under my header row

I have created a table. I tried to record a macro where cells are added under the header row because I want to add new data at the top of the table. When I hit run macro, it gives me a big red circle with a white x in it and the number 400 beside it.
Help!

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
