No, it looks like what you provided should be sufficient. However, because you have three "tables" to format and the first one is laid out differently than the other two and because the structure is not "fixed" (that is, secondary header can appear on more than one row, number of columns between tables can vary), writing code to handle these variations is not as simple as I think you think it is. On top of that, I'm not sure you understand that the majority of people answering questions (perhaps all of them) are volunteers... this is not a full, or even part-time job... we are not paid to be here we "steal" time from our regular lives in order to try and help others. As I said, your question seems to be more complicated that most that are asked here, so it will take me a little time to develop a solution. Hopefully sometime tomorrow or the next day I should have something for you.

Sir,

I am sorry if i have annoyed you with my queries and i understand that you are voluntarily offering solutions and i am thankful for your kindness.

Since it's too complicated then i think of the following scenario.

1. Selecting Only a Single table at once and run the macro to format accordingly.

2. Only the P&L a/c and Balance sheet are important which have identical structure to some extent. You may ignore the first table.

3. The Sub Headers don't have corresponding numerical values. So is it possbile to have some logic here to format the cells which don't have corresponding numerical values.

Please take your own time

Thank you very much
