Hi,

Can someone please help me with this:

I have a database with the fallowing information for 200 employees: Employee Name, ID, Department, Position title, Performance rating, Base salary, Performance rating,%increase, Previous year salary
.

I need to create a tab for each employee with the fallowing information in a printable format (something like a 1 page letter) . Additionally, I would like to be able to print all tabs in one shot

Date

Employee Name
ID
Position title

Base salary
%increase
Salary adjustment : Base salary*%increase
New base salary: Base salary + Salary adjustment

Notes: Salary adjustment effective July 1, 2019
