Macro to create Categories

Hi

i have huge dump ticketing report which needs to categorized.... there are many key words it has to lookinto in the summary to categorize the data

can you tell me if this is possible?

not knowing you data its hard to say, you could sort it manually the first time, identify your key word and create a reference table that could be used from a macro in the future. The reference table would be updated as you find new key words but the work will run quicker

the file i contain which has Columns :89999 and Rows: 125 and the key words which it has to search are in the Summary which is in "C"
