Macro to Copy Txt File from Master Folder to Different Folders according to Criteria/List

Hi Excel Guru's,

Im new to VB so I guess this question is very common. Is there a macro that according to my criteria or list can scan to my designated folder and copy its unique .txt files (no duplicate files) and paste it in the new designated folders.

Agents = Designated Folder
USD = New Designated Folder
PHP = New Designated Folder

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
