Macro to check if sheet has been updated

I need a macro that will check to see if Sheet 3 has been updated or new data entered. If updated, show a message box asking “Would you like to reorganize sheet now?” Yes or No. If Yes, run/call macro “Reorganize()”. If “No” Cancel.
