Macro to add a macro

I'd like to create a Personal VBA so that I can insert the following vba into a workbook so that it is easy for colleagues to insert this. Is there an easy way I can add a macro into their personal.xlsb's that will add this?

Function SumByColor(CellColor As Range, rRange As Range)
Dim cSum As Long
Dim ColIndex As Integer
ColIndex = CellColor.Interior.ColorIndex
For Each cl In rRange
 If cl.Interior.ColorIndex = ColIndex Then
 cSum = WorksheetFunction.Sum(cl, cSum)
 End If
Next cl
SumByColor = cSum
End Function
