I swear these requests get stranger every day here, but is it possible to include a query in a macro that default value is to not run? example: I have a customer who swears this macro use to run in Access 95, but the default value of the delete step was to say "NO" to delete records.. He also swears up and down he never got prompted for any messages to any query.. I added the "setwarning" option to the macro to suppress the messages, but if it wasn't in the macro before how were they suppressing the messages?

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
I'd say, trust your instincts - but also check over the documentation carefully to be certain that the default "no - do not execute" is actually that and not something else.
