MAcro para copiar de libro cerrado

Algun codigo que sea efectivo, para extraer datos de rango variable de otro libro a mi libro activo a otro rango de mi libro activo empezando por B4.

Lo he intentado grabando la macro, recreando los pasos, y cuando quiero hacerlo variable no trabaja bien.
