Macro needed to ensure values A to K are evident in a dataset

Hi All,
Stuck on the below - i would appreciate if anyone could help.For each instance of the value in Col A in Table 2 ,Col B should have all the values as listed in Table 1.If any one of the values are missing then a row should be inserted and Col B & Col E populated with the missing values (example. H. Camera & I. Graphics Card in Table 3).A "No Value" should populate all the adjacent cells.

Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
