Macro isn't pulling all data

I have this macro in a file:

And it doesn't seem to be pulling data from one of the sites. Can anyone help me fix? It seems to be missing Crystal Lake.

This file looks at the 2nd tab, and cross references the person, the site, their position and the training course they've taken, and plunks their email address into the table on the first tab (if they've taken training). Help?
