Hi - I am new to macro's and recently recorded one but when I ask a colleague to run they tell me that its in my Personal Workbook and they cant run it

Is this something that can be resolved please in Excel 2010

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
I guess the obvious would be to record it into a file that they have access to.

There are several ways. With the other workbook(s) open:

1. Copy and paste.
2. Export the whole Module as a BAS file and Import to other XLSM file(s).
3. Drag and Drop the Module. With Project Explorer open in the Visual Basic Editor (VBE), drag and drop the Module from one workbook's project to another. Drag and Drop copies the whole Module.
a. If Project Explorer is not open, select it in VBE's View menu.

Right click on any sheet tab.
Choose "View Code"
On the left side of your window you should see "Vba Project"
You should see Vba Project("Personal")
Look in there and you should see a Module.
Double click on the Module and you should see your script.
Copy the code and give it to your friend.

Or you can drag the module to your current Workbook and run it from there.
