Hello, a few of my collegues use a macro that is in their Personal workbook and connected to a custom button in their quick access ribbon.

Suddenly they are getting an error pop up that it couldn't find their Personal workbook (asking "is it possible it was moved, renamed or deleted") - but it is in the same place.

Any ideas why this may be happening? It is happening on both a Mac and a PC.

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Is it located in the cloud (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)?

I noticed that my VBA code isn't working on workbooks saved in the cloud, but work again when moved to a non-cloud location (local, server).
It's worth a try.
